I am an American currently living and working in China. Living in a smaller city, there aren't a lot of Western foods available which means a lot of fun experimenting in my tiny kitchen! In this blog you can read about my cooking adventures as well as all sorts of crazy and delicious foods I am discovering in this amazing country! When cooking for myself I try to keep it whole and healthy, so I like to get creative finding affordable and accessible ways to add more nutrition to popular recipes.
